Horizontal Ladle Preheaters are used for heating up as well as keeping various types of ladles at the operating temperature. All ladle preheaters are custom designed and manufactured in accordance with the costumers’ requests and requirements.

Long-flame burners are used in our ladle heating stations to ensure uniform heat distribution and to heat the ladle base at the desired level.

Through the programmable heating curve, an optimal heating rate (°C/h) is achieved and the service life of the ladle is extended.
