This stacker and reclaimer is a new model developed to meet the demands for high material density, rigid environmental requirements and high explosion-proof grade. The steel structure is optimized with finite element analysis, and PLC is used as the control unit for all components of the electrical control system. Inverter motors are widely used in the electrical systems of slewing drive and traveling drive to further stabilize operation of the equipment.

Explosion protection is a common requirement on equipment running in enclosed stock yards. The motors, brakes, rubber belts and switches used on our stacker and reclaimer are all explosion-proof, and the electrical room for the operator is also a confined explosion-proof system with positive pressure.
