Ali Can Cogal

Our Founder

Our founder Ali Can Çoğal was born in Adana in 1955. After graduating from the Mechanical Engineering Department in Istanbul State Architecture Academy of Galatasaray Engineering College in 1978, he worked as production engineer and production manager in various facilities for six years. Deciding to establish his own company in 1984, he left his job and established a private company bearing his name and thus laid the foundations of Cukurova Engineering. Ali Can Çoğal, who took over the management of the company until 2016, is now honorary president and chief advisor of Cukurova Engineering.

Sertac Cogal

General Manager

Sertac Cogal, currently holding the position of general manager, was born in 1978 in Istanbul. In 1997, he graduated with honors from Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Anatolian Technical High School. He graduated from Kocaeli University Electrical Engineering Department in 2001. Since 2001, he has worked as a Project engineer on industrial automation in another company for five years, during which he has worked in many investment and modernization projects in large factories such as Isdemir and Erdemir.

By joining Cukurova Engineering in January 2007, he put the industrial automation department in action. Having one child, he actively indulges in sailing activities

Burcu Cogal

Financial and Administrative Services Manager

Burcu Çoğal, who is now the manager of administrative and financial affairs, was born in Istanbul in 1983. She graduated from Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Anatolian Technical High School Computer department in 2001 and Marmara University Computer and Control Technical Teaching department in 2007. She completed her master’s degree in the same department in 2009. In September 2007, she started working in the industrial automation department of Cukurova Engineering. After installing our company's software and institutionalization infrastructures, she started to perform administrative and financial duties in 2010. Having one child, she actively takes part in software associations and social responsibility projects.
