Our project includes the modernization of the following facilities that have completed their technological life.
Shampoo facility:
The total number of I/Os is 440.Renewal of PLC system, S7 300 CPU 317-2 PN/DP
Nacre facility:
The total number of I/Os is 216.
Hair conditioner and water facilities facility:
The total number of I/Os is 288. Renewal of PLC system, S7 300 CPU 317-2 PN/DP
Shampoo facility:

- Making necessary revisions on the existing panel and transferring the system to the new PLC panel.
- Integration of auxiliary units into the PLC system projecting establishment of the communication network
- Transferring and controlling the S7 1200 and S7 300 PLC system to SCADA in the facility
- Installing the SCADA systemreporting cabling and assembly
